When you say $312.51 box beef. What does that refer to exactly?
I just sold a couple halves. I charged $4.75/lb (Canadian) hot dressed weight One beef was 410lbs a side and the other beef 460lbs a side. I weighed the returned box beef and it works out to about $9.80/lb Canadian funds about $7.20/lb US for the consumer. Did I gouge or make a fair a deal?
