| There is no "voluntary" label for produce, or virtually any other food product. Beef was excluded from this labeling so the big four packers could lie to consumers and under cut domestic production. There is always the argument that we don't want government involved in our business. So some argue against MCOOL and enforecement of the Packers and Stockyards Act but are for mandatory ID so the government can track your cattle. | |
