Northeast Iowa | He's 100 % farmdog, wants to be involved in everything.
We were still milking cows when he was a pup, milk truck drivers would give him a dish full when draining the truck hose. Trained him well to the sound of diesel rigs, he still gets excited every time a diesel rig pulls in.
Only fertilizer is 2 ton of turkey litter in fall before. 3 crop rotation with covers as well seems to be contributing success for steady yield increases.
