Yes you can do half width shutoffs with a GS2 Rate Controller
You'll need a second GS2 Rate Controller for the liquid
(or a JDRC 2000 to do both operations with one rate controller, which are harder to find right now and are difficult to find due to Deere/Raven breakup, and there is no newer replacement for a JDRC 2000 yet)
