Subject: Best pork breed/cross


Townsend, Montana		Looking to buy a couple weaner pigs and raise them to fill all the freezers on the farm. What are the best breeds/crosses for marbling and fat in general? And what weight to butcher at? Don't like the lean pork that has been bred in the last 40 years...
