I'll lightly brush the grates with one of those large wire brushes with wooden handle made for grills. Other than that, no cleaning, we use the grill 2 or 3 times a week on average.
On second thought, if I cook a couple whole pork bellies for bacon I do have to scrape the bottom out a little or will have a big grease fire.
