The Walmart effect is happening in farming and been happening all along. It won’t stop it will only get worse.
It’s simple to me if you have 1000-2000 paid for to buy another one or 5 who cares if it cash flow. I got some land I wanted. It was not a need, I just wanted it. I’m glad I have it and it won’t be forsale if the rest of my life and my sons.
