right click and hit Set As Field Boundary.
It doesn't give me the option for that, thats grayed out. Did I miss a step when I read it in? It shows up in the tree, under Boundary, no year. When I click it it shows me the shape in the preview window, but its just the line like it was in BC-HCE, it isn't infilled with color like the other boundary previews.
