I don't know, maybe the average of Manitoba's highways is worse. I do know that the 10 going east of Yorkton toward Dauphin doesn't have shoulders, or very little and the surface is rough. You could tell with eyes closed when you get from one province to the other. I think the 68 through Eddystone gets just a fraction of the traffic that the 10 east of Yorkton does, at least when I travel those roads. But it could be that overall, Saskatchewan's roads are better.
