lake Michigan shore line/Mason county
Wife works for USPS so I asked her. Pending means a label has been created by USPS but more than likely the package has not been "received". As soon as a package comes off a truck it is scanned. Every time a package is handled it gets scanned. This is how its tracked. Your shipment isn't in the USPS system yet or it would read accepted. If a box is damaged, torn open, or some how not right it gets put off to the side to be "fixed" if possible. This tub with messed up boxes gets sorted out when the work load will allow. Right now the post office is buried in shipments because lots of people are getting their income taxes back. Lots of online purchases. If the purchase is coming from China don't expect any shipment to be as fast as the shipper claims. Some might be on time, but most are later than advertised.
