Recently got a mailing from a real estate office in Indianapolis wanting to buy one of the farms I own for less than half the value. I looked up the company and appeared to be legit. They also had a couple tracts for sale too.
Reading their website, they admitted it was a low offer for cash but if you wanted retail price, should list it with a realtor or auctioneer.
