Had similar situation in a rental once. Drilled several 3/8 holes and filled with Great Stuff can. Then used FlexSeal paint with a brush a couple coats.
Lasted from summer into winter when had more time to replace shower stall. May have lasted a lot longer!
The FlexSeal is really stinky, need good ventilation for a few days.


That's similar to my plan but I do not intend to use the flex seal on top. This crack is barely noticeable at this point, I'm hoping to support and seal from the bottom side only. I may not be successful though, lol.
