About twice a year I have to clean a tightly woven web off of the pivot point of the tipping cup. It locks the cup & keeps it from emptying. I’ve sprayed the pivot points with insecticide, that might help some but it doesn’t stop the problem. Have any of you had this happen? Any ideas?
