Windom, MN | I'm not a bat expert, but do have a few of those composite bats from my softball days. Never had a warranty claim, but it seemed that they were pretty generous with warranties back 10 years ago when I was playing more seriously.
Personally, I would go through the warranty process before trying to fix it. Since you're within a year, they should just send you a new one. If they don't need the broken one back, then you could try a repair, but I wouldn't try a repair until you know for sure because they may claim it was "altered" and not replace it. | |
