Interesting watch
I’ve been going down the endocrine disrupters rabbit hole for 1 1/2 years on and off. It started by watching dr Andrew huberman on adrenal fatigue I guess I needed a self improvement challenge so I quit coffee and pop cold turkey. (I was a pot a day) My 3pm crash is gone I’m more alert in the morning now as well.
