I didn’t read the article. But I bet I doesn’t mention caffeine. Seems a lot of these studies leave out small details. It’s been a know fact that coffee is an excellent antioxidant. It’s also been a known fact that too much caffeine isn’t good for you. Wish there was somebody that could make all the health related studies a little easier to wrap my head around.
