Use AgRemote for configuring the receiver (typically used for setting satellites to track or adjusting nmea settings).
Use FlashLoader200->manage configuration->Auto Steer disabled line to check for guidance unlocked. I believe if it says no (auto steer is not disabled), it is unlocked. If it says yes, it is not unlocked for guidance.
