S.E. Iowa | I am using Soul CBD. My feet really hurt and my back bothers me but doesn't hinder. My feet hurt so bad I was always searching for a place to sit when going to do something that required a lot of walking. We went to Las Vegas in February and we hit nearly 23000 steps and my feet were still good. My back hasn't seen the improvement compared to my feet. Is that what is helping? I think so. I take glucosamine and some other stuff. I limit sugar and carbs so I am close to keto. I also don't eat from supper to lunch, 12 to 14 hours of no food intake. The CBD was started the week before we went on our trip I really think it has helped. I did run out and got some in a black bottle locally and I slid backwards a bit it seemed like. | |
