Livestock are perfectly suited to convert low quality feedstuffs into high quality protein. Adding a whole bunch of overhead & labor to that system is not the way to go.
If more people understood this there would be a lot less problems with public perception of animal agriculture.
Looking at their front page it seems like they're leaning pretty hard on the claim that their system is more water efficient. That's not of use some places (where I am, for insurance) but a big deal in others. Maximize utilization of your limiting resource. |
