You can go here https://greenfieldag.com/trimble-downloads/ to get a manual if you don't have one. FMX is same as FM 1000. I was wondering about your logging setting. I use freeform all the time in the palouse hills. It is a memory hog, but we don't do much with straight lines or simple curves.
