C IL | I've done a bit of training.
Pretty basic condition yellow, point & click, stances, general handling and magazine drills, tap & rack jams, de-escalation/retreat maneuvering & scenarios, command voice, step off the X, 21-ft/Tueller drill/maintaining clear views and distances, drag/slide feet while moving, barricade/slicing the pie and cover/concealment along with basic scenarios (find the assailant with the weapon vs. innocent bystander/hostage and decide the appropriate course of action) and use of force legal primer and the process that will likely happen if you unfortunately find yourself needing to use that force someday.
The instructor, who had a training role in a law enforcement department, assured the participants we were much better trained than most of their department rules allowed this person to require of their fellow employees.
