Subject: RE: For guys that have run sheep and aren't any more

I’m 6th generation and my family had sheep off and on along side our cattle. I came along and they are definitely STAYING! We make way more on the sheep than cattle. Not even a fair comparison. Guys like to crap on the sheep but can’t really back up their reasoning. Ours are way easier on pasture and infrastructure than cattle. And alittle more versatile as far as what you can do with them. In confinement they do great as well. I run the sheep largely on my own and yes they are more work than cattle. But well worth it. If your lazy sheep arnt for you as you well know! I probably wouldn’t have my wife without having all these cute lambs running around. And anyone that hasn’t tired a roast leg of lamb is missing out in life.
