Yes I qualified at Grand Rapids and Naperville. I also qualified at Chicago but did not have enough buffer as I only had 31 seconds. Yes 2012 was warm. BAA allowed people to defer but as mentioned it is expensive so we( went with a running friend) just ran easy.
