| My son is an avid runner. The first time he ran it, it was so cold that he crossed the finish line ant thought "I have succeeded in running the marathon to die of hypotherma at the finnish line". The next year he came back and it was so hot that he borrowed a cellphone from a spectator to call his wife and tell her he would be an hour late! My one proud moment was running the Country Music Marathon in 2000. | |
