If Pres Biden enacts a 3x tariff rate above the current 7.5% on Chinese steel and aluminum, does this make US Steel Corp a “buy” stock? What is the current price spread between international steel price and our own US manufactured steel?

Haven’t been reading the news on steel tariff since I’m not in the business anymore. But is he talking about a Chinese import tariff like what Trump did? If that is the case domestic steel will go crazy and that’s a recipe for big time steel profits. I saw that in 2017/18/19 when I was in the steel business. We couldn’t make enough and company profits were crazy good.
