We have 2 9410Rs, 1 set up each way that you're asking. We always use the wider tire tractor for tillage work, but in reality, I don't think there is a lot of difference. The tractor on 480s sits noticeably higher and will go down the road a bit faster as well. The wider tires might ride a little better, and maybe float over wet spots a little better, but it's not enough to definitively say one way or the other and there's very little difference on pulling in the field.
