east central south dakota | do not post any on here but do read daily and have learned alot over the years. A large dairy is in the early stages of coming to my area. Looking for land for feed and manure. At first it sounds like a great opportunity but what are the longer term ramifications. Claim they dont buy land but i have a hard time believing that will be case long term. Once its built what stops them from outbidding everyone in the area to buy or rent? would like to hear thoughts from others. Thanks!!! |
