What is the height difference of your tanks? Will you fill at the planter or the front tank, or both separately?

I have a 300 gallon front elliptical on an 8200 and a 150 gallon on my 3pt sidedress bar. I open and close valves manually to use one tank at a time. It wouldn't take long at all with the bar up for the back tank to empty into the front tank and overflow it. I fill from the front only, that way I ensure I start with the line between full, as the centrifugal pump sitting under the rear tank will not prime itself from the front tank. Actually, it won't prime from the back either without opening a line somewhere. Best to not run out. I used to run a ground drive piston pump, which would prime itself... eventually! A pump to push liquid from the front to the back while the applicator only draws from the back could make things easier, but it isn't necessary.
