Subject: Steering sensor on top of kingpin CIH 215

North central Iowa
Having trouble calibrating auto-steer on CIH215. Took off sensor on top of kingpin and was able to turn the hex shaft counter-clockwise easily with my fingers, but turning clockwise it seems to tighten down. I am guessing it should be stationary and only turn with the king pin. Is something loose inside the hub or is the hex shaft need to be tightened to a certain torque?
