Central SD | The good news is progress is being made. I picked up the phone to call a SD breeder who sold a bull to Select Sires a year ago. He answered my questions readily and the next day he sent me a picture of the cow and her feet. The said cow had perfect feet and near perfect udder and has calved first cycle every year so far. That’s good enough for me. Sometimes the lesser known breeders do a better job I feel as they dont have sacred cows they prop up. | |
