Justdave - 4/23/2024 01:34 Have a Deere 8130. Compressor is running in sporadic spurts it may run for a hour or two or may not run at all. Put test light on it and when it kicks on it may flicker 4 or 5 times then run for a while. I ran a jumper wire to compressor and put gauges on low side reads 22 high side reads 180 constant. When I put gauges on without jumper wire low sides goes between 25 and 35 and high side 100 to 150 when the compressor cycles. What would make the compressor do that. Any help is appreciated.

Remove the panel behind the seat, on the right side as you are sitting in the seat you will find a relay, check for dirty contacts. Leave the key on, engine stopped, door open and wiggle the relay and listen for compressor clutch kicking on and off.
