There is no NMEA autput on port D in FMX. If Centopede requires Rover position then you wou will have to use Manual Position In your NTRIP Client.
We that are using Lefebure Android NTRIP Client usually use android location with FMX.
Or you can use Port C to get the NMEA out and feed RTCM to port D.
