I use alot of 80/20 with a seed innoculator so that it's continually applied out of the seed tender. Your vacuum sounds about right. Keep the seed bowls tight. Should be enough tension so that it takes a little effort to spin them. I rarely go below 98.5. Mostly 99 to 100. Doesn't seem to matter if rounds or flats. Usually run around 8 mph.
