NW IL | I took everything apart and cleaned the connections up. I played with it a bit and it started cycling again on manual mode and I was able to get what I wanted done for the day.
I'm still suspicious that the control valve isn't working quite right because it was only intermittently changing rates when I adjusted them in the 450. It'll have to be a project for this rainy spell.
