Finland, up there in north where noboby farms! | As self learned English speaker...after 14 years I can speak some, but I can only write 10% of what I can speak! Plenty of words that I can't write, even that I can pronounce them pretty well. It sure is different langauge, but you just learn to live whit it and work your ways trough it.
My first name is Eero and we pronounce "like it is written". What I hear in US is aero, arrow, aaro, etc.....works for me. Just keep looking, if someone is looking you like he want's to talk to you.
How about good Finnish word: kolmivaihekilovattituntimittari That is about best I can find. Oh yes, it is one word! |
