Just start with a new card. Like BC said, keep the old one for backup. I'm on my 3rd card now, first one went bad, then after having a new one same size for a while someone recommended a 1gig card. That's what we run now in all 3 displays.
Have heard of the irregular GPA before on this board. Haven't had too many problems in that area.
