I'm sure this is resolved by now, but if you're getting a small trickle in the house, I would imagine a line is broken somewhere. If you're getting a small trickle right at the well itself and you're able to shut the water off to all the pipes with a valve right by the well, then maybe there is something wrong with the well. Hope you get it taken care of.
