Embarrass WI

I saw the infomercial and thought it might actually be something that was worthwile, but I'm too cheap to pay the price. I'm also too impatient to wait for them to be $19.95 at Dollar General, so I started watching Ebay and Craigslist. It took a month or so, but I found one on Craigslist that was basically new(the guy said they used it twice, but if he would have told me it was never used, I would have believed him-it was that clean) for $50 and he delivered it. He said it was too small for them, they have 3 kids at home.

First experiment didn't work out too good, wife put a roast in it without reading the directions, it was dry and tough-reminded me of my mothers cooking. We tried it again the other day with a roasting chicken(about 7 lbs) that some friends gave us, and it turned out super. I think it can work excellent if you understand what it is, and is not, capable of. It should take less electricity than a regular oven, and not heat the kitchen up so much in the summer.

Ours is not for sale......at least not yet.
