My wife gets at least 4 or5 hot flashes during the day and that many at night. The Dr. just laughed about it. Do any of you folks know if there is a remedy maybe a vitiam or something she can do? They are really interupting her sleep and she is always tired. She is 58 years old and has been going through this for about 14 years. Thanks
