Hemlock, Mich | Different things work for different women. I have tried soy milk but it tasted like I licked the bottom of my shoe. I have tried vitamin e but didn't get much relief. I recently tried Proleaf made by Arbonne that is a estrogen cream. My doc said it was safe for me to take. It is a little pricey at $30.00 a bottle but real I am worth $1/ day. One morning I woke up and realized that I had actually slept all night for the first time in years!!! I felt rested and not like I could go back to sleep.
