NC Iowa | in researching, i found out that since he has what they call title 10 orders, he is immune from any court proceedings. means that unless he agrees on his own, nothing can be done to get more support until after the deployment is over. also found out that the mimimun enlisted pay over there is $3600/mo tax free. i hope the 25 bucks isn't too hard on him. i do hope his time over will help him mature and 'man up' . he may think he just got away with parrenthood on the cheap. i wont ever say anything, but someday his daughter will look at his actions and figure it out on her own. i sure don't want to sour her on him, and have her growing up a man hater or thinking she is somehow at fault.
ps. granddaughter is the tractor driver i was having trouble with a while back. | |
