the Dr. or an ultrasound tech makes an off-hand comment during or after the procedure. Doesn't matter whether or not you've made everyone aware that you don't want to know. Sometimes statements are made without thinking or realizing. Yes, it's not right, it's unprofessional, and all those other things. It still happens.
