High Springs, Florida | Just had some raw a minute ago. It's peanut season here and some of the guys here at work are bringing in bushel bags. Boiled peanuts can be down right gross or excellent, depending on how they are boiled, how much salt is put in the water, seasoning's added, etc.
BBQ pork and chicken is big in this area. Sometimes you can get a nice big Boston Butt on sale for less than $3! I like the Baby Back ribs, when they go on sale here.
