South-central Nebraska | I'm seriously considering purchasing something to exercise on beyond everyday work done on the farm. I always liked simple running when younger but due to knee surgery in high school I don't have much cartilage to spare and running isn't the best for joints. Thought about a bowflex or a ski machine which has less joint pounding and or maybe a row machine. Really don't want a whole room of equipment and it will probably sit from time to time not getting used at all. I'm just looking for ideas of what others do for exercise. Walking more is always a cheap option. Wife and I are in our mid thirties, looking for something that will firm and improve cardio. | |
