Ravenna Ohio | New Rheem in March, Good points Up to 180 degrees if you scald pigs in your garage. Nobody complaining about cold showers or changing temps. No more sediment and odors from hot tank. Downside, takes a bit longer to reach max hot as it sits cold. Power out means no hot tank of water available. Proper size, installation, and quality can mean a good bit more money. Mine comes with a recommended descaling kit annually.
Would I do again? At this point YES. I would relocate to a point closest to the kitchen and my shower. Can't tell operating cost as we are on well gas.
Haven't tried it on the pressure washer yet. Figured the wife might get a bit cranky with oil stains for a front yard. | |
