I was a realtor for several years in the 90's with the local C21 office. As I recall, it is legal to be the listing agent on your own property, but it has to be disclosed in the listing, as well as make sure it's disclosed up front to any prospective buyers. I don't think that has changed, but if somebody says it has, I stand corrected.
