| Agree with Bob. It's your house. By all means use black if that is your personal preference. Personally, I have galvanized steel on the roof of my house and am more than satisfied with the color and durability. What is black going to look like in 25-30 yrs? If I had used colored steel white would have been my first choice. White pretty much goes with any color decor of the rest of the house.
