I remeber many years ago seeing a jar of canned, what the lady of the home called, Gravy Beef. I have tried searching the web but have come up empty. What cut of meat is it, and how does one go about canning it?
I am borrowing a pressure-cooker-canner , and am interested in canning some of this meat mixture. It looked to be a very versatile mixture to have on hand. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
