I could live on liver and onions. Cook it low n' slow and not to death. (it's already dead!) Used to order liver n' onions at a restaurent if they had it on the menu. Not once die they cook it right. The cooks always managed to kill it dead twice. Looked like the sole off a boot by the time the cooks decided it was cooked dead enough. tasted like boot sole too... Don't know how they could screw up something so simple. Even hard to find liver in the grocery stores any more... |
