Salt and pepper, with butter and onions in a pan on the stove!!! MMM good!!!

But Dr told me not to have it unless I want gout. Very healthy otherwise but bad if you have gout. And I've done had gout several times and I'm not going to eat something (I'll have a very small portion maybe) to provoke it, no matter how good it is. liver, fresh raw herring, any kind of hard shell fish (crab, lobster, shrimp etc) pinto beans and black eyed peas are all bad foods if you have gout.
